How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 48 hours of payment receipt with delivery times varying by destination and chosen shipping method.
For shipments within the EU, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for Express or 3-5 days for Economy, while for destinations outside the EU, it takes approximately 3-4 days for Express and 5-10 days for Economy shipping.
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, contact our customer care team with your order details at support@sectordeluxe.com.
We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address, which may vary depending on the product’s warehouse of origin.
The item must be returned within the 14-day window, using a carrier like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, with proof of tracking, using your own shipping label or we can create one for you. Shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items will be waived. Returns sent via regular postal services will not be accepted and will be declined. All returned items are subject to an inspection before a refund is initiated.
Are the products authentic?
Yes, all products are sourced directly from brands, their licensees, or official authorized distributors, and partners personally verifying the authenticity. Every item is guaranteed authentic and comes with original brand packaging, tags, and documentation where applicable.
Can I change or replace my order after placing it?
